  • Overview:

    We are seeking skilled and experienced facilitators/coaches to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering coaching circles for adult learners in organizational settings. Coaching circles are small groups of individuals who come together regularly to explore and address professional challenges, develop new skills, and support each other's growth.

    Responsibilities:

    Facilitate coaching circles for adult learners within organizational settings, ensuring a supportive and constructive environment for participants.

    Collaborate with our organizational partners to identify coaching needs and develop a tailored coaching circle approach.

    Design and deliver engaging and interactive coaching sessions that encourage self-reflection, peer learning, and skill development.

    Provide individual coaching and feedback to participants as needed, helping them set and achieve their professional development goals.

    Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all coaching interactions, respecting the privacy and autonomy of participants.

    Evaluate the effectiveness of coaching circle programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and ongoing assessment.

    Stay current with best practices in coaching, adult learning theory, and organizational development, incorporating new insights and techniques into coaching circle programs.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a coach or facilitator in organizational settings, with a focus on adult learners.

    Strong understanding of coaching principles, techniques, and methodologies.

    Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to create a safe and inclusive space for group learning and exploration.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse groups of participants.

    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with organizational stakeholders to design and implement coaching programs that align with business objectives.

    Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in coaching practice.

    Relevant certifications in coaching, adult education, or organizational development are preferred.

    This position is currently offered on a contract basis, with the potential opportunity to transition to a full-time role in the future.
