This option outsources the coaching circles to your team.

This includes a train-the-trainer component, where we train your best and brightest to run coaching circles for your team and license all coaching circle materials and decks. We make it incredibly easy to run these circles.

  • The Foundations for Managers program is a comprehensive training solution designed to equip managers with the essential skills needed to lead effectively in today's rapidly evolving business landscape. The program focuses on critical management competencies such as giving and receiving feedback, building a feedback culture, mastering essential management principles, and coaching team members.

  • This program is tailored for both new and experienced managers who want to enhance their leadership skills and adapt to the changing demands of the modern workplace. It is suitable for managers across various industries.

  • The program consists of 5 core self-paced courses that cover essential management skills. Additionally, participants engage in strategically timed coaching circles, which are 60-minute virtual or in-person sessions that encourage collaborative learning and practical skill application.

  • This is a 6-month program. Participants have access to the course materials for a full year.

  • By completing the Foundations for Managers program, participants will gain the tools, strategies, and confidence needed to lead their teams effectively. They will develop a strong foundation in essential management principles, learn to create a feedback-rich culture, and acquire the skills to coach and develop their team members.

  • The program is designed to be flexible and accommodating to different learning preferences. The core courses are delivered online, allowing participants to learn at their own pace. The coaching circles can be conducted either virtually or in-person, depending on the needs and preferences of the organization.

  • Throughout the program, participants have access to our dedicated support team, who are available to answer questions, provide guidance, and assist with any technical issues. Additionally, the coaching circles provide ongoing support and the opportunity to learn from experienced facilitators and peers.

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) integration allows learners to access the Foundations for Managers program using their existing company credentials, eliminating the need for multiple logins and passwords.

    We support various identity providers but work with Okta, making it easy to incorporate the program into your existing IT infrastructure.
