The program consists of 5 core self-paced courses that cover essential management skills. Additionally, participants engage in strategically timed coaching circles, which are 60-minute virtual or in-person sessions that encourage collaborative learning and practical skill application.

This is a 6-month program. Participants have access to the course materials for a full year.

By completing the Foundations for Managers program, participants will gain the tools, strategies, and confidence needed to lead their teams effectively. They will develop a strong foundation in essential management principles, learn to create a feedback-rich culture, and acquire the skills to coach and develop their team members.
